<p>My son will be receiving the Hope scholarship when he starts Tech this fall. We have to pay a $250 tuition deposit by May 1, is that reimbursed by the Hope scholarship or stays out of my pocket? Thanks for any help.</p>
<p>The school will create a bill (tuition + fees + housing + meal plan + freshman experience fee + parking fee + etc), Hope will deposit their amount, and he will be billed or will receive a check for the difference.</p>
<p>If he does not live on campus, does not get a meal plan, does not park on campus, and buys nothing else, he will get a check about two weeks after the semester starts.</p>
