<p>what is tuition exchange? i've never heard of it before.</p>
<p>basically, my mom works in the business office for a local school, pacific lutheran university. tuition exchange is a program where schools can export their dependent kids out to other participating schools, as long as the imports are equal to the exports, with a scholarship. the website is <a href="http://www.tuitionexchange.org%5B/url%5D">www.tuitionexchange.org</a></p>
<p>I know I could have used it if I was not admitted to USC, but rather to USD instead, but as of now I'm in at USC and will not be exchanging with anyone.</p>
