Did anyone appeal for a merit scholarship?

@beachmom12 ?? I was asking how you would go about “appealing” a merit scholarship. Financial aid appeals I’ve heard of but never merit aid appeals.
@collegemom9yes, that’s why I was asking. Not sure if it’s been done before!
People ask them to revisit their application within the context of potentially increasing merit $ all the time but it is not likely to result in an increase unless there is new achievement information not contained in an earlier version of the application. It doesn’t hurt to ask (politely) but is most likely a pointless exercise.
