two 70's in my Junior year, will it hurt me?

Hi I am a Junior who is about to be a senior and final grades have came out. Here are my grades:
Junior comp and lit - 88
Honors french - 85
physics- 75
alg 2 trig -76
us history- 81
american foods-94
international foods -96
Regents US history:98
Regents alg 2 trig: 65
Regents English:91
SAT: its in the 1500s

Now I would have been fine with my grades except we had a final in physics which was factored into the final grade, and i failed that terribly and it brought my final course grade down to what should of been an 83 to a 75. I now have 2 grades in the 70’s which has never happened to me before. Despite this my gpa is still a 85.12 which is a 3.0 but it is only because of my cooking classes which counts as 2 final grades. my sophomore and freshman year where good where i had a like an 86 avg my freshman year than an 85 avg my sophomore year. How is this going to look to colleges? Im looking at schools like stony brook, northeastern, Albany, Binghamton and some other NY schools. SB, and NE i am in the process of getting recruited for a sport (not gonna say which), but they still need to do pre-reads/admissibility review at the admission offices. I feel like I am in a really bad situation and not quite sure of my chances, to get into these schools. I did good on these regents test, not math lol, but do they really matter, do they weigh in? Will these two 70’s mess me up? i plan on taking 2 AP classes, come senior year. Thanks in advance for the insight.

SB or Bing are going to be a reach because you’re in Regents classes and did poorly (vs. honors/AP), and didn’t do very well in history, physics, and math. Northeastern is out of reach, even with athletic recruitment.
Regents don’t count but are an indication that you’ve mastered basic material or not - 85+ is indicative of ability to go to a 4-year college, roughly, and 75-80 means you can do the work but need help (CC may help).
Regents are MUCH easier than AP ; if you can do well (B and higher) in these two AP classes, you’d be okay.

SUNY schools really look at Regents classes/exams.

I agree with everything @MYOS1634 said. NEU is out of reach imo (because of your SAT score and GPA) and the SUNYs have now become reaches for you.
