Two Questions

I have my graded paper in front of me, but what my teacher did was sneak the grade onto the back of the rubric he attached, and inserted it along with a bunch of other numbers which don’t have anything to do with my essay grade (he included some theoretical test grades, theoretical quarter grades which don’t reflect my final quarter/semester grades at all). There is no indication to which number is the paper grade also, but I am really looking forward to sending this one. Am I myself allowed to circle the essay grade and indicate that it is the score?

Second question: I had worked hard and kept straight A’s throughout my only APs offered junior year, AP English Language and APUSH, but I did not do well on the actual AP exams itself due to a variety of reasons (I got 3s on both). I am afraid it might make my classes look easier since I did well in the class but not on the exam. I also am not planning to write about it under special circumstances because it might just make me look worse, especially since I already have something there. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Thank you for taking your time to read this
