In the description for one of my activities, I wrote United Nation’s instead of United Nations’. How bad of an impact is this going to have on my application? I received a 35 on my ACT English section (which I sent), if that makes any difference.

But really, how can you be worried about a typo that small?! For your sake, I hope you spelled your name right.
Some minor spelling errors mean nothing. Now, if, like some have actually done in the past, you write Yale where you meant to write Harvard in your essay, you may have an issue.
I have said this many many times: If Harvard (or fill-in-the-blank school) rejected every app with a minor typo, they would unlikely fill all their seats, IMO. Relax.
