Help, i am going to apply to some university, but i don't know which one is better for me. I would like to hear very much about where to go: Umich or Gatech or RPI (i am unclear bout this) or USC.

my major is engineering (industrial engineering).

Do you guys have other suggestion?

Thanks
Ohya, i am international student.

Michigan is fantastic for Engineering, and they have good international relations with students overseas.

Industrial Eng rankings Gourman Report Undergraduate
Stanford
Michigan
Berkeley
Purdue
Northwestern
Georgia Tech
Cornell
Ohio State
Columbia
Texas A&M

USC is 21st
RPI is 24th

I would go with GT, but that's because I love GT, and for your IE interest, Georgia Tech has been ranked number one by USNEWS for Industrial Engineering the last 16 out of 17 years...o yeah and I love GT...just my 2 cents :)

I'd go with Michigan or Georgia Tech. Both are amazing in Engineering and both have excellent international reputations. I'd say Michigan is more well rounded though (more fun, nicer atmosphere, and more academic options should you chose to change majors), so I would probably give the edge to Michigan.
