<p>I don't have doubt that he will get in either one, but does U Dub offers any FA or scholarship for OOS students?</p>
<p>He could use WICHE for lower tuition than out of state, in Washington.

<p>UW doesn’t give much/any merit or need-based aid to OOS students. Your friend should expect to pay all or nearly all costs.</p>
<p>My DD was OOS for UW and she was accepted, but without a penny of merit or need-based aid.</p>
