I would put them in the order that you have. However, the variance between them is likely meaningless. Unless you are one of the few that looks good in Orange (burnt or normal), I would go with UW.
Best academics for which programs?
Oh sorry, I forgot to mention, my most likely major is Business
def Madison
All good but UT Austin is a top 5 business program.
Business…
But I think it really depends on what you want to do, where you want live and who you want to work for, post graduation.
What is U Wisconsin good at?
Definitely consider life after college. Where do you want to live? These are all huge schools and will all provide good business school education. They place really well regionally. That doesn’t mean you can’t get a good job in Chicago from UT or NYC from UF, but most stay regionally. Look at the alumni section on Linkedin. You can play with graduate classes to see age trends. For example, UF has the vast majority of their alums in FL. I imagine the others are similar. Do some UF grads work in Atlanta, or Charlotte, or NYC? Yes. Most, however, work in FL. So most campus recruiting will be based on filling spots in FL, even with national firms.
OK what is the best and most prestigious university in general?

OK what is the best and most prestigious university in general out of the three?

Your other posts indicate that you are a Texas resident with a $40,000 per year price limit.
Out-of-state costs for Florida are slightly higher than that limit, and out-of-state costs for Wisconsin are significantly higher than that limit. In-state costs for Texas are significantly below that limit.
So your best choice is Texas, if you get admitted to it and your desired major.
Of course, if you do not get admitted to Texas, or not to your desired major, you may need to find some other within-budget school that will admit you and to your desired major.
I’m auto admit to any Texas Public school. And I think I can graduate with some degree of debt
Being UT auto admit, alas, doesn’t guarantee you get your choice of major, so I understand the dilemma.
I’d go with UWisconsin over UFlorida though.
If you can be direct admit at IUkelley it’s a great business school too (not worth it OOS if not direct admit to Kelley). If you can get into Schreyer, Penn State would be worth looking into, and if you qualify for UT auto admit you should look into Miami-OH/Farmer/Honors.
Check deadlines though - I would have recommended USC columbia for business+ honors but the deadlines have passed
