uc berkeley acceptance early?

<p>has anyone been notified of acceptance earlier than the upcoming march 27th deadline?
if so, did they notify you by mail or email? or do you have to check the website?
also, was it because of any kind of scholarship? or was it a regular acceptance?</p>

<p>UC Berkeley gives both an email and mail invitation for the Regents Scholarship to the 1000 applicants. If you receive this, it means you are already accepted.</p>
