Does anyone know when we need to submit our SIR by?
i thought it was 7 days also but it doesn’t say the deadline anywhere which is weird
Also, I am still slightly confused on the FPF Program. Would my academic progress be affected in any way by participating in this program??
Accepted for undeclared L&S! Given the options FPF, Global Edge, or January Enrollment. I’m in-state, and did not submit any letters of rec.
So I just got accepted for waitilist and have a few questions.
When is my SIR due by? Tonight still?
Is FPF the regular admission for Berkeley students
And my financial aid report is not out yet, any idea why?

so i figured it out. it is 7 days, by may 9. you have to click on the bear paws and go through the description of the 3 options and accept that you understand them and then your cal portal refreshes and it displays your personal information and says deadline is may 9.
well I guess they’re done with acceptances then.

Got in for FPF/spring semester! I think the glitch earlier was an indicator.
will we be getting an official packet in the mail like the regular decision kids did?
@Nelumbolutea Congrats to you! However, I don’t believe that necessarily those who didn’t get the glitch are out of the running. In a few previous posts, some people had said that they were accepted today without the change to their FAQ’s.
@Nelumbolutea I though FPF was for students who got fall admission. I thought Berkeley doesn’t do spring admission anymore?

Major- Integrative Biology
SAT: 2060
GPA: 3.9 Unweighted.
No additional Letter of Rec. submitted. I did write the essay.

If you don’t mind me asking, where does it say the major you got accepted to? If there is no major, can you assume you got undeclared?
has anyone tried to set up a calnet ID? I’m trying to do it but it takes me to this site that says “forbidden.”

Didn’t experience the FAQ glitch ever so dw about that. Never go full paranoid.
Also: If I submit my SIR now am I obligated to attend since I was waitlisted? Or is it the same situation where I can make the deposit now and then withdraw my enrollment and lose the $100 later if I get off another waitlist?
@kkgirl22 I didn’t say they were out of the running. I just think the glitch was a good sign and was likely caused by being admitted. You can still be admitted without the glitch
