Does anyone know if you can request your fall admission to be changed to spring admit for health reasons? Is this is possible? @Ohm888
@katyamzz I don’t think so because that is the same as deferring and transfers had to do at least one term to defer — at least when I was there.
Hi folks! Do you think we can start taking summer classes at Berkeley already?
When do transfers get to start enrolling in classes? @Ohm888 the econ courses im looking at to declare are already “no seats” im worried! 
Why aren’t there seats reserved for pre-econ?

When can we change majors after being admitted? I want to switch to a different department in the same college.
@kp2200 You have to complete the prerequisite courses before being able to declare any major? If you don’t mind sharing, what major are you planning to change to?
Have you received an invite for them? I haven’t seen anyone receiving one yet.
@Asifion I thought as transfers we completed the prerequisites hence our admission? I want to change from mathematics to applied math.
@kp2200 We are all admitted undeclared but to a college, so it should be easy to switch in L&S just check the major prerequisites for applied math and sign up for those instead of math

Not all the majors have the luxury of completing all their major prerequisites for their major because Berkeley doesn’t articulate the specific class. However, for Applied Math / Math at my college at least, I would have completed all the classes required to declare. Check on assist.org which classes you have completed and cross verify with Berkeley’s website for the Applied Math major prerequisites for declaration.
You can declare during the term you finish the last prerequisite. In your case, you should be able to declare your major immediately when you start your first term at Berkeley.
For those that have SIRed, have any of you managed to crate your CalNet account yet? It’s been three days since I submitted my deposit, and I still get the forbidden page.
@RLSSME My sister did quite a while back, email address, everything. But it took a couple days for access.
