UC Berkeley majors

I want to pursue a career in environmental science, but I can't decide which major or school to apply to at UC Berkeley.
I would rather work in a field that involves natural resources and conservation, not measuring pollution or waste management. I think this means that I'm more interested in environmental science than engineering, but I know that it's easier to find a job with an environmental engineering degree than an environmental science degree.

Should I apply to the School of Natural Resources as an Undecided major, or the Engineering College as a Environmental Engineering major? Which one is easier to get into?
