<p>I'm still a junior, and I'm considering applying to UC Berkeley next fall. It would be a reach school, and I'm completely okay with not getting in. These are the stats I'll have by the time I graduate- how likely am I to get in, or should I bother applying?</p>

<p>I'm taking my SATs for the first time in December; on my PSAT last year I scored 44 in math, 64 in reading, and 67 in writing.</p>
<p>GPA: 3.9</p>
<p>Attending a specialized high school program for humanities studies; by the time I graduate I will have taken 9 AP classes (psych, human geo, bio, art history, apush, government, two english, french; so far I've maintained mostly A's, and B's in math and science.</p>
<p>Piano Lessons: 7 years
Girl Scouts: 9 years (Earned Silver and Gold Award)
Key Club: 4 years (Secretary)
Model UN: 4 years
Human Rights Club: 4 years
French NHS: 4 years
Thesbian NHS: 2 years
LGBTQ Alliance: 2 years (Founder and president)
Crew on school play productions: 5 shows
I'm also looking to apply for an internship at the local newspaper office.
I'm applying for Girls State and NHS this spring</p>
<p>I also have back problems that have given me a lot of pain and resulted in a bunch of surgeries and missing school, if that counts as a special circumstance.</p>
<p>So what are my odds?</p>
