On my first day, I'm worried imma get lost in the enormous campus!

which UC are you going to?

UCI has the smallest campus in my opinion. Go around in a circle around Aldrich Park and you’ve already passed by all the academic buildings.

^^UCI campus is 1500 Acres

Surprisingly, UCLA is the smallest campus out of all UC’s at 419 acres.

How big is UCSD? I hope I’m allowed to ride my skateboard. There are signs prohibiting skateboarding but why the ***** would they sell boards in the bookstore?

@ lawlking: still, it’s pretty hard to get lost on a campus like UCI’s.

I know UC Davis is the largest (significantly.) A lot of it comes from the farmland, though. But still, some of my classes are a mile from my dorm. At least it’s flat and extremely bike friendly!

How big is UCSB?! I heard UCSD IS huge!!!

Here are the UC campus size:
UCI: 1500 acres
UCLA: 419 acres
UCSD: 2141 acres
UCSC: 6651 acres
UC Davis:7156 acres
UCR: 1160 acres
Merced:910 acres
Berkeley: 6651 acres
UCSB: 1055 acres

To give you an idea on how big the campus are: community college average size is 150-250 acres

gonna love bringing my longboard to UCSD! UCI is not very longboard friendly :(

depend on the area? some places are expensive.

What a surprised. I’ve always thought UCSB is one of the bigger campus. And wow, 7156 acres at UCD. Perfect for bikers.

im going to the biggest schoool yessss!

Actually UCM is the smallest campus, only with four buildings that actually holds lectures for students, websites show the large number of acres, but this is just the land that the UC owns and is hoping to develop into future expansions.

Don’t worry about getting lost, once you study your campus map and find your class locations a few days before your start of the quarter you should be fine, explore all areas of the campus…
