Stats?

Congrats to all admitted!

D21 wonā€™t be smelling the cowsā€”rejected for Design. But admitted to SDSU, SLO, SJSU, CSULB, CSUF and two privates; so has good options.

@Itsmejack They sent an email to my son within the hour.

What a mess. S finally got in with the SSN but having errors.

Congratulations! Do you mind sharing her stats and in state or OOS?

Iā€™m so sorry! There are a lot of people on this site who really care about how you are feeling right now. Take care of yourself!

Hang in there. Weā€™re all pulling for you. Itā€™s gonna be OK.

Denied to UC Davis

They are both beautiful and safe campuses, but very different. Davis is a small community seemingly comprised of only the school and Sacramento is 10 miles away. It is one of the older campuses and shows a little wear but it is quite comfortable and established. UCI is in Orange County, a densely populated area 30 miles south of Los Angeles. It is a very modern campus with all of the buildings surrounding a large park and is close to the beach. Take the online tours which will show you some portion of the campuses, but if you plan an in person visit, one of them will definitely stand out - just depends on what you want - a city or a bit of a rural town.

Best of luck to her. Crazy process this year. We are now focused on getting excited about his choice. Hopefully Cal Poly will pull him from the waitlist but in the meantime buying plane tickets to Chicago

Accepted for undeclared life sciences with a 3.3 weighted. Took 12 APs but had special circumstances. Thank you to all the CC people best of luck

Thanks! They both got into Cal Poly also but one was feeling bad that he was getting UC waitlists while his twin was getting accepted to all applied.

The same with my son, and it kind of threw him off after reading the stats thread. He was pretty deflated.

Son had 4.19 weighted (approx), in state, AP calc, 2 AP English courses, AP world history, AP biology, 1350 SAT (which doesnt count). Accepted at Davis for aerospace engineering, waitlisted at UCI, accepted sdsu, cslb, cpp, sjsu, still waiting now Cal Poly, UCSD, UCLA. Got a university grant at Davis, with no grants offered at any of the other schools. Dad is proud Davis Law alumni and now possibly a proud Davis parent.

Does anyone who us waitlisted or rejected got the email

Yes if they are ELC eligible, they should be referred to UC Merced if room is available.
