UC Davis or UC Irvine??

<p>So first of all, I feel like I really screwed up when it came to applying to colleges. I thought I wanted to be a bio major, and I just blindly applied to colleges. Now that I think about it, I'm not completely sure I want to be a bio major... I don't know what to do with it career-wise. It also involves A LOT of chem, which I hate.</p>

<p>Anyway, I didn't apply to UCSD. I didn't realize that it's a better school than UCD and UCI. I hate myself for not applying. Part of me wants to stay close to home and family, and part of me wants to go to a good school. UCI is closer to home (I live in SD) and UCD is a better school. UCSD has the best of both.</p>

<p>I have to decide between UCD and UCI. Which should I choose? Keep in mind that I might not even be a bio major. I want to take both social life and academics in mind.</p>

<p>Figure out which one you like better. I’m pretty sure transferring between UC schools isn’t terribly difficult with an adequate GPA.</p>

<p>Irvine has a lot of good food and is allegedly one of the safest cities in America. Not a great walking city though.</p>
