UC Entry Writing Requirement

Hi everyone:

I just got my January SAT score back and I got 670 on writing section (ya fxxk my life)

There is no way that I’ll get a 3 on AP Lang or a 30+ on ACT ELA

Is it possible to waive entry writing class with a writing score of 670 in any UC Campus? (I mean is 680 a HARD bottom line?)

Or if I ask them to verify my essay score, is there any chance that it will be raised?

If the requirement is 680 SAT writing score, then no it cannot be waived. The exam is not all that difficult (according to my son’s), so I would just take the exam.
