Did anyone find out the day Irvine releases decisions? I got rejected from both SD and Davis… and hopefully getting accepted somewhere will make everyone (including me) feel better! 
I’m really confused guys… I’m an international student living outside the US and I still haven’t received any admissions decisions from UCI. How come most of you got accepted and what exactly is CHP and Regents, and are only US citizens eligible for it? Anyways the myAdmissions thing says decisions come out in mid to late March so I guess I should be getting a reply soon.
^ yeah just wait. Most of us didn’t get our results yet. 
I don’t think UCI released any date for the official result, which is pretty weird.

Can anyone chance me? I know my stats are pretty low so I just want an honest opinion. I’m pretty nervous at the moment because I just got rejected from UCSD and UCD (although it was a pretty far reach anyways). Sadly, my brothers both go there and I’m pretty disappointed; really regretting screwing up my grades in high school. I’m betting my luck on UCI or UCSB but if not, i’ll just go to a community college then transfer.

@wehwehweh Sat is on point but GPA is a little low. I’d say around 60% chance because ur doing sociology.
@BigSean Is sociology easier to get into UCI compared to other majors?
@wehwehweh yes because its a social science BUT it is the most common/most applied to of the social sciences. If what i saw for UCSD and UCD id say that you are 75% likely to get waitlisted
I got a 1870 on my fourth try of the SAT. I suck, I know. A superscore of 1920, math was 700. Would that affect my chances?
I’m international. Gave British patterned exams. Estimated UW GPA of 3.57, estimated W GPA of 4.33. We don’t get gpa’s so I’m just assuming thats what they were from the regular system(A-4/5, B3/4, etc).
@Yvask95 Im pretty sure your weighted GPA is wrong. Anyway, your sat is good but im not sure about the gpa portion. im about 30% sure you will get acceptance, especially considering that UCs are limiting the number of oos/international applicants this year

O Levels:

ICT(basically beginner computer stuff)- C
What happened with ICT was that, my practical was so bad it was unbelievable. I skipped 75 out of 100 marks. Luckily my theory section of the exam was so damn good, that I managed to get it into a C. The pc’s we were given were shit, so it was impossible to work with them.
A Levels:
Math, Pure Math- A
Physics- C
I have no excuse for my Physics. I screwed around too much.
Did anybody here get the supplemental application? I filled one out and turned it in on the 4th of this month. I don’t have good stats and I’m guessing thats why they sent it to me. Is this a promising sign?
