UC Riverside?

I’m only a sophomore from territory of US. I’m currently getting about 3.75 GPA, playing tennis, and doing community service every week, but is there any particular action I should take in order to increase my chances of getting accepted?

The most important factor in UC admissions is the UC GPA, which only counts 10th and 11th grades. So you should take as many AP courses as possible in junior year and try to increase your GPA.

Average Stats for Freshman 2015:
UC GPA: 3.78 http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
SAT total: 1746 (Math + CR= 1170)
ACT: 26

For the best chances, aim for at or above the averages along with a rigorous HS curriculum, consistency in your EC’s with some leadership and excellent essays.

ucr’s a pretty easy school to get into, write a decent personal statement and get good grades.
