in terms of GEs (general education requirements... requirements you need to fulfill before you graduate) from best to worst:
1. Muir
2. Warren
3. TMC/Sixth
4. ERC
5. Revelle

Warren: Engineers haven, near price center and Earl's Place.
ERC: Horrible GE's, Sweet Dorms(spacious), near Rimac, Cafe Ventanas, and OVT, Nice green lawn, lot's of hot girls.
Muir: Close to many places, least GE's
Marshall: OVT, basketball court, soccer/frisbee place
Revelle: Premeds, nasty dorms(my opinion), near CLICS Library, Worst GE's
Sixth: Secluded from campus, camp snoopy dorm style, GE's ??.

Muir: Easy GE's, good central location on campus
Revelle: Harder GE's, leans towards the hard sciences
Marshall: Good central location, best late-night dining hall
Sixth: Fairly easy GE's, housing is near Price Center, nice apartments
Warren: Decent housing overall, above-average dining (including earl's place)
ERC: Newest housing, nice dining hall, closest to RIMAC (gym)

I really want to mention that your major really doesn't matter.. a lot of people think you choose your college based on what major you have (as if all engineers go to warren, all bio students go to revelle, whatever). It doesn't work like that. They just mean that at Revelle (for example), they might force you to take a couple more science classes than they do at, say, Sixth. And if you're a science major, that isn't a problem. It might be annoying if you're an English major, but in the long run it doesn't really matter..

^thanks. I figured that had to be the reason. GE wise, would you recommend being a pre med in either Revelle or ERC or perhaps even another SD college?

I was looking at revelle vs warren for bioE and it seems like if you are going into bioE not for premed, warren would be easier because almost all of its GE req's are science based?
