@Gumbymom If you have sufficient transfer credits to apply for a UC to UC transfer. Can you apply in Nov and decline the transfer if the student has a change of heart?

A UC to UC transfer acceptance is not binding so if you decide to stay at your current UC rather than transfer, that is your choice.

My daughter got off waitlist on May 9th for pre-biology, US citizen applying residing outside the country. Not sure if that is oos or international.
