<p>My friend stays in Manzanita and loves it. It’s about 100 yards away from the beach and some rooms have ocean views.</p>
<p>I don’t actually know anything specific – I just know that my friend goes to UCSB, and when he steps out of his dorm building, he’s on the beach. :D</p>
