***UC Santa Cruz Transfer Decision Thread 2019***

@uctransfer947 Wow, congrats dude!

Can accepted/denied people leave their stats too?

Did you guys receive an email acceptance or did you simply check the portal?

Thank you!
Accepted for pure mathematics. 3.67 uc transfer gpa. Last name starts with a G. I did not TAG.

@chaserichardson I checked my portal!

3.92 UC transfer gpa. Last name starts with a S.

Anyone get a regents?

I didn’t get an email. Check your portals and good luck!

@okurrr Wow, well of course you were accepted. Thanks. Would be so nice if each of us could get into our dream school…

Nothing yet so looks like I’m waiting until the next round! A friend of mine who transferred from my school last year didn’t hear back until late April

4.0 UC transfer gpa and last name starts with a C

@DavisPls I know that apparently UCs need to have 1 transfer student per 2 freshman according to my history professor who is part of the admissions committee at UCR

Accepted for Biology!

Anyone get in for Psychology yet?!?

Got in for Neuroscience! My admissions statement appeared at 12 am exactly, so I don’t know if last name/alphabetical order plays a role in how admissions roll out. Hope all of you guys get into your prospective majors!

GPA: 3.07
Major: Computer Science
IGETC: Done
Prereqs: Done + some extras
Local: Nope PCC

Accepted: none
Waiting: UCSC, CPP, and CSUF
Denied: CSULB & UCR - missing prereqs for both

I heard they rolled everything out in one day going by last name is that not true this year/was not that not true at all?

@chaserichardson When do you think the next round will be? Later today or several days from now?

My guess is that there will be weekly rollouts

I’m guessing decisions aren’t coming alphabetically for last name or major since my last name and major both start with A.
Major: Anthropology
