UC TAG, which UC is best for Psychology

I'm a psychology major. After receiving my bachelor's degree, I want to go on to medical school. I want to pursue a career in either clinical psychology or psychiatry. I am a transfer student from a community college. Right now I am eligible to apply for TAG. However, my question is which UC (Davis, Irvine, Merced, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, or Santa Cruz) has the best psychology program. I heard San Diego, Irvine, and Davis are pretty good, but I want others' opinions. Also, I have other questions...

My top choice is UCLA so I'm working really hard to increase my chances of getting accepted. This TAG app would be like a safety net (if I even get it), in case I don't get into UCLA. That's why I want to make sure the psychology program at said TAG school is good or well-known for being good. If you have any advice or any of the answers I am seeking, I would really appreciate it if you let me know. The TAG deadline is soon, but I wanted to get other's help first.

Thanks in advance! :D

According to “rankings” for Psychology:

Cal > UCLA > UC San Diego > UC Davis > UC Irvine.

Irvine also has not only a regular Psychology B.A. program but also Psychology and Social Behavior which overlaps with sociological concepts.
