<p>Hey, what's up ya all. Well, my English 12 teacher told us that we should bring in the personal statement topics for the colleges we are applying to. I know for a fact that I won't get accepted straight from highschool, so I figured I should transfer. Since writing a personal statement for this class is mandatory, I figured why not write my transfer essay for UC's. So my question is, does the transfer essay change often?
