<p>I just found it (in case anyone else was curious):</p>
<p>"The following exercises are prohibited: Olympics lifts (snatches, cleans, jerks or versions of these exercise) or any exercise where there is no control of the movement. Staff reserve the right to prohibit any exercise based on safety concerns. RDL’s and controlled push presses are permitted."</p>
<p>the free weights and other weight lifting get crowded around 4-6 pm. they are usually pretty empty in the morning, its mostly students doing cardio. bringing supplements is fine, i do it all the time and no one looks at me weird. quite a few other students bring supplements as well</p>
<p>In regards to the supplements, where do you store them? In your dorm room?</p>
