any gyms near unit 2?

They have a small exercise room under Unit 2. It has 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 4 ellipticals, 1 rowing machine.

The RSF is a few blocks down on Bancroft. Membership is $10/semester and you have access to a lot of stuff - weight room, treadmills, bikes, basketball courts, etc.

yea i needs a weight room and stuff so thats cool...
is it like a 10min walk?

10ish is about right. Depends on how fast you walk.

I would definately reccommend the RSF over anything, it is an amazing gym with everything you could want. and its only $10 per semester! how could it get any better?

is it 24hrs?

opens at 6am, closes at midnight.

I agree with riskybusiness. The RSF is great and definitely worth it for the small price you pay for a semester membership.

man...the RSF looks awesome! group exercise classes are free for students too i heard? i might just end up living there...

Need to make a note of this, thanks.

How do you purchase a membership?

You go to [url=http://calbears.berkeley.edu]UC Berkeley Recreational Sports./url

Click on "membership" at the top. the rest is self-explanatory

My only issue with the RSF is that they don't allow olympic lifts for some odd reason.

Anyone know where the athletes gym is and how to sneak into it?
