<p>How bad is parking in Davis and at UCD? </p>
<p>Will permits really be hard to get? I am a Junior and plan to commute from Sacramento.</p>
<p>As a junior you will be able to get a permit. They are quite expensive (at all UC's). It is a good hike from the parking garage to your classrooms. You might want to keep a bike in your car to get around campus once you get there. You can find rent in Davis as low as $300 a month. With the cost of gas you might want to re-think commuting.</p>
