Sounds like this deserves a call to UC Davis admissions.
If I have a chance at getting into Segundo or Tercero then Iām going for it. If not, Iāll start looking for some people (males and/or attractive femalesā¦just goes to show how shallow I am) who are 420 friendly to rent a house with.</p>
<p>I just got off the phone with a UC housing representative.</p>
<p>I asked her this: āDo all transfer students who want to live in on-campus residence halls get put into Castillian Hall?ā</p>
<p>Her answer:
āIf a transfer student is BELOW the age of 20, they will likely get put in with freshmen.
However, if a transfer student is 20 or above, they will AUTOMATICALLY be put into Castillian Hall in Cuarto, with NO chance of getting into Segundo or Tercero.ā</p>
<p>She said there was no way around it, itās entirely based on which group a transfer student is closer in age to.</p>
<p>Since Iām a one-year transfer who is 19 years of age, I will be able to get into Segundo or Tercero, but all older transfers MUST live in Cuarto (specifically Castillian Hall), she said.</p>
<p>Hope this clears things up.</p>
