It's really mind-boggling. I was given wrong information (intentionally or not) upwards of 25 times. I kept calling, kept being told I'd get a decision the next day, and kept finding out the decision was delayed. I was also an EA applicant.

Jerry called me back!

ay si guey! just kidding I'm still waiting haha

Congrats Chimaera! You were an EA applicant? Thats crazy that it took so long.

and gonsenheim...your evil. I keep on calling Jerry but he wont pickup and I'm not going to leave a voicemail and wait for him to call back...come on jerry PICK UP ILL MAKE IT WORTH YOUR WHILE!!!

It's really hard to get through to him. He originally told me to call back in the middle of the week last week, and I kept getting "Voice mail for '...web support' is currently full.'" And I didn't get through until today.

He very rarely picks up...I'm 98% sure he has caller id and recognizes those who call a lot because when I called him he knew who I was immediately.

nspeds: I got FinAid today.

This. Is. Torture.

Holy.........I should have applied:)

Do you know what your EFC would have been? :)

Eh.... Haha.

My FAFSA EFC is 34K, which is why I did not apply for FinAid from UChi.

RU KDDING, 21,000 of free money.;....that is amazing

congratulations

FAFSA EFC is around 22k for me.

i had to do my efc for a scholarship for nyu last year, it was 44,000, i guess i wasn't getting f.a.

My fafsa EFC is like $5k..... I wonder what kinda deal Chicago would give me if I get off the waitlist.

I just hope there'll be some money left for the waitlisters. I'm willing to work my arse off after classes and even get into a healthy bit of debt... But just not too much debt.

Fresh info

So the decisions are officially finished... That's great news! I'm glad to see Jerry was correct in at least one of his predictions. :D

Lets see if he's really going to call those who "left their contact info"
