<p>Hm, I was recently able to change my major from Biz Admin to Biz Econ (Biz Econ was my alternate). Gives me a little more hope at least. There was no way I was getting into Biz Admin with a 3.4.</p>
<p>4.0, Philosophy major. No traffic/still no decision. </p>
<p>But I did email an admissions counselor from the MyUCI Message Center last week and I just got an email back saying that there’s been a back up in the system, they’re having some trouble and everyone will know by mid-April. Hope that helps everything.</p>

<p>Biological sciences with a 3.0. I don’t have IGETC but I did apply for TAG. I don’t think they accepted me through tag because I barely finished any of my science lower divisions and there weren’t any listed requirements when I checked. Hopefully that gives you a little confidence.</p>
<p>congrats darkened! thats awesome! so when you say that they didn’t accept you through TAG do you mean that you didn’t finish their TAG reqs for the School of Biological Sciences? Which are:</p>
<p>Complete one year of general chemistry with lab with a great of B or better in each course.</p>
<p>Complete one year of general biology with lab equivalent to UC Irvine’s BIO SCI 93, 94, and 100 lab with a grade of C or better in each course.</p>

<p>Yea I didn’t finish any. I’m planning to complete te bio series at De Anza but I will only have taken one chem class by the end of spring. </p>

<p>good stuff darkened! im sure you have given a lot of hope to a lot of people on this forum…please post your conditions once you receive them…and as for them noting on your acceptance if you were accepted through tag or not im not sure, any taggers who have been accepted know?</p>
<p>i am biological sciences major too and i have a 3.4 and still no status update! 
but ive finished my chemistry and my bio will be done this semester too! im so nervous!!!</p>

<p>the longer it is for my to receive my decision after the initial release date, the higher chance that ima get a rejection…thats what happened last year…so im paranoid now</p>
<p>Yeah! I checked my email around 11am and it said my status changed, so I logged in and I was accepted. I check my email pretty frequently, went to bed around 1am and there was nothing from UCI, so I’m guessing it came out in the morning. </p>
