<p>Hmmm. Tough decision. UCI is objectively better, but rutgers isn’t too shabby for that tuition either. If money is an issue at all, I’d pick Rutgers.</p>
<p>UCI is not so much better than Rutgers that it should cost $15,000 more/yr. </p>
<p>Without a doubt, if the decision were up to me I would go with Rutgers.</p>
