Ucla 2012 english major

<p>I am a UCLA 2012 transfer applicant!
I am applying as an English major and my gpa right now is 3.69
I am currently attending Whittier College (private 4 year institution)
All the transfer informations I could find online was for the people from CC's so I was wondering if anyone that has transferred from a private school to UCLA could give me any information or what my chances are.
UCLA's been my dream school but recently I've been really crushed ever since I found out that a majority of transfers to UCLA are from CC's only.</p>

<p>Please give me any useful information if you are or know anyone who's transferred to UCLA from a private college/ university.</p>

<p>The last Table, “Other California Schools” row. The admit rate is only 9% for people in your situation, but your GPA is right near average (a little above) for the admitted students, so you do have a chance.</p>
