Does anyone know historically when recipients are notified if they have received the scholarship?! The deadline was today.

Also if you applied post here!

Bump. Anyone?

Here’s what mine says when I log in:
“Thank you for completing the scholarship application process. You will be notified via phone or e-mail if you are selected to advance to the next stage of the scholarship selection process.”
But no dates :/

Same! If anyone receives a call or email please post!

A person on this thread (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/uc-transfers/936147-ucla-alumni-scholarship.html?highlight=ucla+alumni+scholarship) got called for an interview at the end of May. That was two years ago, maybe they’ll come around the same time this year?

Bump bump anyone yet?!

Bump!!!

Hi!
I applied for the community college transfer scholarship and received a phone call today to set up an interview.

(Don’t know if this helps, but I hope it does!)

@breeberries Is that the TAP scholarship?

@breeberries where do you live?! They choose by area.

@newchapter14 no this is a different scholarship

It is by location, I got an email from my districts board last Thursday.

No, it was for the UCLA Alumni Community College Scholarship and I live in Orange County.

@SH2mathecon, did they tell you the exact location to meet? I set up a time and date, but the person I spoke to didn’t specify a room. I haven’t received the follow-up yet… I hope there wasn’t any issues with my e-mail!

^ I actually missed their phone call, but did receive a follow up/confirmation email. It’s apparently in a meeting room of a library.
You should get it 2!

@SM2mathecon, I got the e-mail recently. Mine is in at a location that is more local! It’s actually pretty convenient because I thought I was going to have to arrange transportation all the way to UCLA! Good luck with your interview on Sunday!
