I got waitlisted, do all rejections get an option of being waitlisted?

I got accepted but I probably wonāt go as Iāve gotten better financial aid offers from other schools 
Where can you view the financial offers?
Are you all getting emails indicating a portal update as well? My son refuses to check his portal saying heāll get an email if there is an update but I am not sure if emails go out as well.
Waiting to find out about Regents. Does anybody know when will this info be out?
