Nothing. I don’t get a penny.

same here

just loans

Okay, this is the eFAN, right? And if we see this, we just need to wait until June or something for the ePAL? Will it be posted on myFAO or URSA?

Btw, would anyone know about this? If my CalGrant was mistakenly processed based on my unchanged FAFSA and not the corrected FAFSA in which my EFC is much lower (I am still waiting for a reply on the appeal; my sister reported the same numbers and she did get a CalGrant), would that have an effect on how much UCLA will give or are these unrelated? I checked the Financial Aid Summary/Awards in URSA and it says the correct EFC…

Also, are we able to apply for loans before we can see the ePAL or is that not allowed/a bad idea (because you’re only supposed to borrow what you need)?

Thanks in advance.

I really dont think these verification forms are “random” <sigh>.
They ask such specific questions, and what normal person keeps exact track of all their expenses…</sigh>

Btw, someone mentioned that UCLA selects those who reported “a negative income/savings.” What does that mean?

negative income/savings meaning spent more than made, or like many of us, our parents lost money in investments
