Does UCLA send rejection letters to your email or just send an email saying admission decisions are posted?

All of these trick posts are freaking me out. So I need to know, just in case lol.

All of these trick posts are freaking me out. So I need to know, just in case lol.

From what I can remember, none of the UCs send rejection emails. All of them require you to log on to a decision site or portal site to check your admission status.

Ahh ok! Thank you. My mom says I need to stay off this site because it’s going to drive me crazy lmao

Davis actually emails your decision to you. The rest of the UCs ask you to check your portals.

@cinnabon1234 ucr also emails your decision, at least for me they sent me an email saying i was accepted

Ahh ok, I never applied to UCR, so I didn’t know that. Wonder if Merced does the same.

UCSD sent me my acceptance in the mail!

SC and Riverside sent me acceptance emails.

UCSD basically sent my acceptance in an email. It was like “Your decision is available on our portal… Make sure to SIR… Save the date for transfer day!!” Lol.

@PreMed really?! Dude I went to my mailbox because I was looking for another letter and saw three big envelopes, two belonging to my brother who is a senior, and then saw the envelope for UCSD!! And it gave me some “access pass” for Transfer Day! I was surprised because I was waiting for an email!

Oh yah, the email came almost a week after my decision was posted on the portal!!! I received my packet in the mail the day after the decision was posted online.

Congrats!

Thank you but this isn’t even my first choice -.- lmao I just have to wait
