As a tap transfer who's worried about acceptance for an impacted major (bizecon), ive been informed that alternate majors are considered for transfer.

my alternate major choice (spanish) is nonimpacted and prereqs arent even articulated.

yet, i would still go to UCLA if i got accepted for my alt. major.

would any of you?

would UCLA accept alternate major WITHOUT tap??

my major is biz-econ too

my alt. major is econ

i would still go if i get into my alt. major

the general feedback ive gotten is that ucla usually doesn't consider the alternate major choice due to the high volume of applicants.

since tap applicants have that priority consideration, we are in fact given a "second" look.

im sure the alternate major choice is used elsewhere but in rare circumstances as well.

haha chances are its all or nothing in your case UCBorUCLA
