Just wondering if anyone has already gotten a regents offer with UCLA/UCI nursing or has in the past?
Is it possible to get regents as a nursing major?
Just for future reference to other students:
I received an acceptance for UCI Nursing with Regents on 4/3/15, so yes, it is possible 
Hi I inboxed you before but I am not sure whether the message went through. Anyway, I will be starting CC next year, and I want to major in nursing and transfer to UCLA or UCI. I would really appreciate if yiu could share your stats and if you did the TAP program? The CC that I will be going to next year does not offer TAP, so do you think it is really necessary. @madelinemadison TAP is only for majors in the College of Letters and Science at UCLA, and I believe the nursing school is seperate.

@myneighbortotoro Did you get accepted into UCLA also? I’m assuming you decided to go to UCI. How are you liking their program?
So those who got regents received their acceptance letter April 3rd? Or did you get accepted first on March then the regents came out April? Coz I heard nursing students who got accepted without regents received their decision March 18th.

@myneighbortotoro that’s awesome. I’m thinking of applying in a couple years but not sure how I’ll place. I have a couple more pre-reqs to take but so far have a cumulative 3.7 and my major GPA is a 4.0
I also work full time as a lab assistant at a hospital and have 3 kids, so no ECs outside that.
I’m curious though, did you have to take a gap year between applying for UCs and their nursing program? I ask because most nursing programs require you be finished with the nursing pre-reqs prior to applying.
