I don't know if this is in the right place but
I'm taking AP Physics and AP Calculus AB and I have C's in both of them. The rest of my record is just A's and B's but i'm worried that I won't get into UC because of these C's? I know colleges will take the rigor into account but these still make my GPA significantly lower than it could have been if I took more easier AP classes

haven’t you already received your decision fro UCSD? you should find out from UCLA by this weekend.

to answer your question, yes, Cs will hurt your chances. if i were a college admission officer, i wouldn’t take a C students in AP over a B student in regular course. it is only my opinion.

are you a junior or a senior? junior - yes they will hurt your chances, senior - no they will not

I got Cs in freshman year and in 8th grade high school classes. Since then, I’ve gotten all As except one B in first semester sophomore year.

How will this effect me. Obviously, my cumulative gpa is horrendous (but uc GPA is decent )
