Sunset is nice but secluded. The high-rise plazas are a good hybrid of plaza and reshalls, imo.

I think transfers are gonna be in Delta Terrace; during sign-ups, I think it mentioned something about several of houses reserved for them.

I got the last enrollment day, but I managed to room with some friends in Rieber Terrace.

I checked the second to last day, and all the rooms (even triples) in RT was filled ..

does that mean that there is no chance for freshman in Rieber Terrace now? I thought that was one of the plazas? Are all the plazas going to be filled by returning students and where can you can see the dorms getting all filled up? I was in a hall for a summer program and I would rather not have such a noisy environment...

^ you can't see it

RT is just a really popular plaza b/c its new and has a great locationj. Deneve, rieber vista, sunset village, and hedrick summit (tbhe other plazas) have plenty of triple spaces.

...thanks namaste for clearing that up....but I thought you could only pick type of rooms but not specific buildings.. it must be different for upper classes...

chappa: you are right...it is only freshman who cannot choose the exact buildings

You can't pick your type of rooms, but you can select your preference. Most likely, you'll get one of your top two priorities though.

look at this:

it might help. on the right side, in the blue bar, there are links to descriptions about the suites, plazas, and res halls :D
