hey everyone, has anyone had a decision posted yet? does anyone know what time we’re notified of the decision? (also, how are we notified? through email? through our NetID?)
Accepted to Storrs! Pre- kinesiology OOS. I got my decision this morning! Check your Net ID!!
@glittering the decisions were posted on their portal on Saturday around 1:30 PM
Formal Acceptance letter received in today’s mail!
@greenhk are you in state? I’m in NY–trying to guess when I’ll receive it.
Yes we are in state
In my D’s portal, it has a link for “scholarship agreement” but when you click on it, it lists all of the scholarships available and then asks her to check the box that says “accept.” Very confusing as it doesn’t seem to say which one, if any, she got. Does everyone have this link? We are not applying for FA. Thanks.
I’m in western Mass. One hour away from UConn. No letter today.
My D just called admissions because we realized the student admin center is showing an old address for her (we moved in August, and the Common App had the correct address). They told her they just sent out the offer package TODAY. They did, in fact, mail it to the wrong address so they will mail a new package tomorrow, but to people who are wondering why their letters aren’t showing up: UConn is still mailing these things out.
@GossamerWings I did not see the link
My S was admitted to Pre-Sports Management at UConn Storrs.
To those who have received a letter, did financial aid/ merit awards come as well?
@GossamerWings its just a general scholarship disclosure. It probably means she’s getting a scholarship and you should get that info in the mail soon.
Our letter was only an acceptance letter. No mention of money at all, but I don’t expect D to get any scholarships from Uconn.
I’m in state and I got my STEM Scholar/Honors Program & merit money information letter in the mail today
congrats @trackie98
Thank you!
I was accepted into the Storrs campus as a Biological Sciences major in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. I’m in-state and was hoping to go out of state for undergrad, but Uconn definitely is a good school so I’m still considering it. 2050 SAT, 4.2 weighted GPA, female, involved in many ECs (NHS committee leader, HOSA VP, FHS VP, medical intern at Danbury Hospital, Tri-M Music Honors Society member, field hockey, etc.) I haven’t gotten my official letter in the mail yet. My online acceptance said nothing about the honors college, so would my official letter contain whether or not I was accepted to it? I would only seriously consider Uconn if accepted into the honors college.
If you don’t have the scholarship agreement in your portal does that mean you didn’t get any merit?
