<p>if they still have spots open, you can still apply to them even after getting rejected by the other UC's you applied to. i think the UC's who rejected you might also send your app to them, but i know i sent my own and got an acceptance within like a week.</p>
<p>the UC thing is that everyone who is eligible will get a spot at a UC-school.
i do think UCR filled up last year tho, after a couple weeks. dont remember if ucm did.</p>
