Hi, I’m currently a community college student who will transfer soon under mechanical engineering. One of my top choice schools is UCSB just becasue I really like the environment. I would like to know on average how large (or small hopefully) the upper division engineering courses are? I have taken the physics series, chemistry series and math series at my community college and have also taken intro CS courses.
So what will class size look like for the last couple of years as an engineering major?
The class schedule shows class sizes.
The ME class sizes for current second year students have been about 85-95, so you’d be joining that cohort. I know a few of the kids and from what I’ve heard, in general it’s a pretty nice and collaborative group of kids in that major.
