<p>I TAGged and got accepted into UCSD for the Fall of 2012 with a 3.7 GPA.</p>

<p>They stated that I must maintain a 3.5 by the end of spring 2012. </p>

<p>The problem is, I may receive 2 C's and 2A's out of my 4 classes, which will drop my GPA to a 3.43.
However, I plan on working hard and maintain that 3.5 </p>

<p>BUT. Hypothetically speaking, if I fail to maintain a 3.5 by the end of spring, will my acceptance get rescinded? </p>

<p>Look at the conditions of acceptance they gave you, go by that not the TAG. I tagged and was accepted as well. Mine says I need to get at least a 2.0 in spring and 3.0 overall. </p>

<p>This is what they gave me, but check and make sure yours isn’t different.</p>

<p>@ I doubt that they will. They do that to scare you a little bit. While they could theoretically rescind your admission, it’s highly unlikely that they would. They only say that so people don’t slack off in their final semester. If you maintain all Bs, you should be fine. But it goes without saying that you should try to get as high of a grade as you can in every class.</p>

I have the same exact form that you have. I just need to maintain an average GPA of 3.0 and my last term needs to be at least a 2.0. </p>

<p>That is really easy to do, so I should be fine. </p>
