<p>My friend is a Sociology major. At the time of applying his gpa was 2.5. Now it's 2.81 and the Davis rep told him he has a good chance of appealing. What can he say on his appeal that'll make it stronger? He's already getting a letter of recommendation from our Sociology teacher. Who thinks he has a good chance?</p>
