@rahulbhatt dude, chill buddy. Telling people things like they won’t get in simply because of essays or something is quite frankly dumb and not true at all.
Everyone else – don’t listen to this guy. Be patient and wait, do something that calms you down in the meantime, etc… It’ll come soon enough 
and no matter the result, you’ll be okay!

I called UCSD at 4:30. They said if u didn’t received a decision in the first wave it doesn’t mean that ur rejected or wait listed yet.
@rahulbhatt that was not appropriate behavior on a public forum where thousands of anxious students are waiting for notice. For some, it’s their dream school. Grow up
