<p>I got into UCSD as a history major. I love everything about UCSD: the campus itself, the location, my college (ERC)... The only thing that concerns me is the fact that UCSD is so science-oriented. We all know that it's a great school if you want to go into a science field, but what about humanities? Will I feel "left out" as a history major? </p>
<p>ERC definitely seems to be the most history-friendly college, and the MMW class sounds really interesting, but is my love of UCSD and the SD area worth giving up UCLA? (I also got into UCLA, which btw has the largest history department in the nation, but UCLA dorms suck compared to ERC ones and I don't like the L.A. area nearly as much as SD.)</p>
