UC GPA is around target for those UC’s but SAT is on the lower side. You should probably retake the SAT. Also, CS is probably the most popular major, so it’s going to be harder to get into than most other majors. I would say UCD and UCSB high match/low reach and UCSD probably a low reach.
Agree with @wormholes evaluation. I would add UCI since they are more flexible with test scores, UCSC and UCR for Match schools.
CS is a capped major at UCSD, so make sure you select a non-capped major as an alternate. If not, you may get an acceptance as Undeclared and trying to switch into CS has required a 4.0 in Pre-teq classes so very tough.
Your GPA is in the “mid tier UC disappointment zone”, where 2015 admit rates were only around 50% for UCSB, UCD, UCI.
Since you are applying for CS, you should expect admission to be harder. So your chosen campuses should be viewed as reaches for CS. They may admit to campus but not major (may be low reach or high match for that), but then getting into the CS major is likely to be difficult.
UCSB - low reach
UCSD - low reach
UCD - high match
Retake the SAT (you still have November and December) and score around 1450+ to increase your chances at UCs with CS, which is a very competitive field, as your major. Hypothetically speaking, if you did score incredibly high, your chances will not increase amazingly, as UCs are very GPA oriented. Nonetheless, higher scores are still better, no matter the case.
Good luck.
